Conducting of two days annual fair namely “KHOLAMELA” (open fair), in which each and every one of our surrounding areas is welcome to participate with their ideas and performances. The fair is running on its fourth year since 2015. The fair is conducted jointly with the mother organisation, ‘BIGYAN O SAMAJ’ (science & society).
Traditional games and sports like archery, run with water vessels, sewing of leaves etc., competition on sit and draw, idol making, floor decoration, handicrafts, drama, recitation, go as you like, open library, folk songs (Jhumur, Baul) are the main attractions of this project “KHOLAMELA”.
Slide show on prevention and measures to be taken on snakebites, general idea on use of medicine, community hygiene, harmful effects of use of pesticides and insecticides, environment crisis etc.
Ensuring the involvement of student in social activities.
Students are introduced with the stars, planets, moon, constellations through the telescope guided by Dr. S. C. Patra…
